   Local police has been politically neutralized by their own abuses. Anarchy   
   reigns in Dem voting cities. Anarchy is the absence of law. It is the Law of   
   the Jungle. In the absence of law do gov stormtroopers or non-gov   
   stormtroopers better ensure your    
   interests? Is that not becoming the important question for Dem voters to ask
