   This may seem logical, however the birth rates in the “rich” world where   
   below 2, the population was already shrinking. There would be no   
   problem, except for the ruling class creating problems, such as their   
   wars, and the continual destruction of the natural environment.   
      
   Ironically it seems the western ruling class (particularly their insane   
   United Nations cliques) want to build a new tyrannical religion out of   
   environmentalism, yet they (the western ruling class) are the worst   
   destroyers of the environment, probably in all of history. By their own   
   standards, they would all be first under the guillotines (they seem to   
   be planning mass execution by guillotine, during a tyrannical purge, or   
   at least some “rumors” are claiming this, and it might well be true if   
   we take a look at the sordid history of humanity.)
