   knowledge hence it's ignorant and it's stupid because it's impossible to

   More ignorant and stupid commentary.  The US has it's own convict past   
   so go away and try to learn about that before attempted insults.  And   
   no, ghettos aren't where the problem lies in Oz, as you'd know if you   
   knew anything abut the demographics of Oz.  Try remote and regional.
