   The Commies "Guaranteed Employment".  That meant that people had a Right   
   to be useful to others, and if your ability only extended to sweeping the   
   street clean in front of your house, that was your job.   
      
   UBI is the Bread part of Bread and Circuses: it provides for no   
   consideration of the individual by Society.
