   Mineapolis, a city where USA ruling gangsters are testing out their   
   Tyranny, is about half a million persons. It has been reported that the   
   Mineapolis police department has 600 police officers (agents). It has   
   also been reported that the Fascist brown shirts of ICE numbered 2 000   
   (in the beginning).   
      
   If only 10% of the population had heard some basics about what I have   
   been proposing, and only 1% of the people had acted out this proposal   
   quite seriously, starting in - say - 2012, then there would now have been   
   established ... (among other activities and organizations) ...   
      
   Multiple Militias with a total force of 500 000 * 1% = 5 000 troops and   
   officers. They would likely be light to moderately trained (since they   
   are citizens with jobs and families), and given the laws in the USA they   
   would probably be quite well armed. Their political outlook would not be   
   radicalized or extremist, but they would always look for signs of   
   politically motivated murder, or where the right to assemble is being   
   thwarted. They should be composed of people of different backgrounds and   
   political / religious beliefs, and so on. The more mixed the better   
   (this is part of the program, I don't make it up just now). This kind of   
   a composition causes such a group to not have an extremist view on many   
   issues.   
      
   The Mineapolis police force has said they wanted to arrest Trump's   
   Fascist brown shirts (ICE), but they didn't have the strength to do it.   
   It is also part of the proposed program, that these Militias (who select   
   their top commander using an internal democratic protocol) will try to   
   work together with the police (and other organizations). They are also   
   supposed to stay in line with what the general population wants (which   
   is a notoriously difficult thing to guess, by the way, because everyone   
   has the tendency to project their own prejudices and ideas).   
      
   How would this play out in the current situation, now that we have also   
   seen a large protest in Mineapolis (during the general strike) ? I think   
   it will likely play out favorably, especially because the thuggery of   
   the brownshirts of ICE is so brazen (see Renee Good's murder by ICE).   
   Keep in mind that once you have an established force of about 1% of the   
   population, then you can quickly absorb a lot of auxilery forces from   
   the general population, who in the case of the USA may be armed but not   
   trained at all. The auxilery forces can be assigned relatively simple   
   tasks, from patrolling to surrounding or holding a certain position.   
      
   If you have the years from 2012 until 2026 (14 years) to not spend your   
   time on only low league baseball or fishing but also time on this   
   Militia job (which can be fun also, and remember, only 1% of the population   
   total is doing this in this hypothetical scenario), then those who are a   
   little smarter to become officers have a lot of time to study this very   
   issue: how to quickly mobilize the general population, and make them   
   effective. I'm sure there are books written about it, and auxilery   
   forces are nothing new. Ancient Rome famously used auxileries for   
   example. Because the political flavor of these Militias is so centrist,   
   simple, multi-colored (I mean politics with that) to neutral (like'   
   let's not even discuss too much politics within the Militia itself), and   
   the goal is so completely reasonable (no political murder and Tyranny),   
   it seems to me that the general population will support this with all   
   their heart once they see the Tyranny brutalizing their people and   
   themselves. It may be even more of a matter of restraining people, than   
   to motivate them (?).   
      
   Are the brown-shirts going to beef up their operation ? That is quite   
   possible of course. They would have to at least send double or triple   
   the amount of people to just match the amount of people in this Millitia   
   at 1% semi-mobilized people. Even if they put in a superior force in   
   Mineapolis, and even if they defeat the Militias and people of   
   Mineapolis, this will likely send a shockwave through the whole Empire.   
   The brown shirts also need to draw from a limited pool of fascist   
   agitators and small or big time criminals, generally people who love   
   violence and to see others suffer, or the very confused who think that   
   slavely equals tyranny and war equals peace. If they needed to focus   
   their forces in some place, and even loose an amount of them, then other   
   places may have more chances to resist, and they will also have greater   
   warnings.   
      
   At 2% of the people acting, the odds are of course even better.   
      
   This is all excluding the idea that whatever I have proposed will   
   already be done at the Sovereign level. This is not about 'sure, if   
   everyone did what I say it would be world peace'. Nothing I have   
   proposed would have made it into law, if only 10% had heard about it,   
   and only 1% acted. The immigration would still be flooding in, taking   
   the support away from the broader left, and the gay parades would still   
   be more important than the vicious wars of the USA, also eroding the   
   base of the broader left, and the trance-gender mania would be more   
   important than caring for the homeless and the poor. All these things   
   the left in the USA (western world) is guilty over, which destroys their   
   credibility and gives Nazi-Fascism Tyranny the base it needs to even   
   exist at all, would still be going on.   
      
   How effective would this activity be ? It would lay down the law on the   
   ICE brown shirts. For example they will be prevented, by force, from   
   entering people's houses without a warrent. They would be prevented from   
   stopping and searching people without a cause. Is that still about   
   political murder ? It could be, if the decision has been made that the   
   fascist brown shirts are a menace to society including murder for   
   political reasons, so that they need to be brought to heel at every   
   opportunity the law allows. What I write is also a sketch of course, a   
   general system. I don't rule it, I don't have any command over it. You   
   have some ideals I have suggested, and what you do with those is up to   
   you and your people in that moment. Some Militias will choose   
   differently from others as well. It is a dynamic situation.   
      
   What you prevent with this, is the catastrophy of the 1930 Germany,   
   where everyone was organized along party lines. I suspect Americans do   
   not even understand what this means, because they do not have politics   
   like we do. The left is much more developed here, and we understand that   
   the right is the party of dictatorship, the rich and war; but sadly the   
   left has been so confused that they did not understand how a market   
   works, and so they left this essential good to still be on the side of   
   the right. That was a huge mistake, which may have torn this entire
