   	The "notorious gangs" bought the prison from the right wing   
   coupists that overthrew the democratically elected president.   
   	They've sold half of the jails in the country since they took   
   over.   
   	Trouble is these are "triage" places, so a lot of innocent   
   people that hadn't been before a judge were killed. Poor people   
   though, rich people are usually allowed to wait trial at home.   
   	Try to catch up. Brazil is now a right-wing dictatorship.
