Neither although I am from immigrant stock back to the 1500s I am
scottish all the way but there prior to that there was some viking
   influence and some Irish too.
Under the 'one single drop' rule I must be an immigrant.

Indeed but this happened in Scotland which is not England and in the
Scottish Episcopalian church which is not the Church of England. The
queen is not the head of the SEC and the Archbishop of Canterbury has no
control over the Scottish Episcopalian church.
While the Anglican church is the mother church it has no direct control
over the members of the international anglican communion and the
archbishop of canterbury has no control over other bishops.
