The queen is *not* the head of the Scottish Episcopalian Church and the
Archbishop of Canterbury has no control over the Scottish Episcopalian
   church.
The SEC is part of the Anglican Communion but the Queen has no control
over members of the communion nor does the AoC and more than the Queen
has control over the Episcopalian church of the USA.
The SEC is controlled by the General Synod under guidance of the Primus
and the Archbishop of Canterbury has no input to the Synod.

"Church of England is also the mother church of the international
Anglican Communion" Indeed it is and the Parliament in London is the
'mother of all parliaments' but has no control over the other
parliaments. Being the mother church is historic. It has no powers to
impose rule on communion members otherwise there would be women bishops
in all the members of the anglican communion and gey clergy would be
   permitted in all communion members.

You can keep posting the same thing but it does not make you correct.
