   He could start by pointing out that identit.ca is not a proper domain,   
   but just a phishing site for identi.ca.   
      
   The person who claims to have set up the website identit.ca hasn't   
   managed to "hack" anything, and personally I even doubt he/she set up   
   the phishing site themselves.   
      
   That would be a good start.
