   The fact that there was even a test firing is probably an Official   
   Secret* - let alone how the test went. The PM did the right thing not to   
   comment - although she might have been wiser simply to say "Sorry -   
   Official Secret - no comment - don't ask again".   
   *Even though it would have been necessary to inform shipping in the area   
   - and there were probably several interested (and potentially hostile)   
   observers of the event.
