   When Theresa and I were at Oxford, there were no such things as 2:1   
   degrees. You got a 1st, 2nd or 3rd. A 2nd from Oxford is no mean feat.   
   She's no fool but on the other hand, she isn't a lawyer still less a   
   constitutional lawyer.
