   It's not rocket science: basically, all revenue belongs to the state,   
   which will then distribute it according to its own priorities, to   
   people who don't annoy it.   
      
   And of course, no money will actually be distributed, as cash will be   
   illegal, or more accurately, reserved to the ruling class. The state   
   will credits peoples' accounts. And zero them if it finds reason to do   
   so...   
      
   What could possibly go wrong?
