True and medics see far more cases of the blurring between the hard
legal definitions than lawyers or those in the PC industry.
Those in the medical profession have been quietly treating male, female,
the various forms of intersex (either with both lots of physical
plumbing and or with DNA issues) and those who identify as male/female
for decades. Now lawyers have caught on that those people actually
exists it is up to them to sweep in, tell the medics they are doing it
   wrong and save the day.
