   Fancy not being able to get a summer salad in February.   
      
   It's almost like normality again.   
      
   To everything, there is a season. I have no objection to a sales and   
   supply model for lettuces which involves aeroplanes and hoped-for   
   uninterrupted good weather in Mediterranean Europe, but there are bound   
   to be hiccups.
