   Two people shot outside British parliament   
      
   LONDON (REUTERS) - Two people were shot outside the British parliament on   
   Wednesday (March 22) and the building is in lock down, according to a   
   parliamentary official.   
      
   A Reuters photographer said t least a dozen people were also injured on   
   Westminster Bridge near the British parliament.
