   No. I suppose I should be more careful with my wording but this is   
   Usenet not an academic essay. I should have said those organisations   
   and others in power that supported Brexit are generally in favour of   
   deregulation. Not all regulation. No doubt they support any   
   regulations that directly assist them.   
      
   I do not claim to have any idea of why the majority of voters   
   supported Brexit although I fear it was xenophobia. The irony is that   
   the propaganda concentrated on the fear of refugees and those are   
   likely to be more common if the U.K. is not protected by E.U   
   countries.
