   London is already a smoke free zone and burning wood is illegal. One   
   only has to look at the smogs of the 50s and 60s to see why.   
      
   Banning diesels is a good move. Although I think it would probably be   
   better to ban them all not just the ones older than 4 years.   
      
   Promoting diesels was yet another really stupid thing we have to thank   
   Tony Blair for. I can see people supporting Labour based on political   
   ideology but this is just one of many issues they messed up on. Nothing   
   to do with ideology just shear unmitigated incompetence.
