   Each county is allowed to nominate one, and only one, official (EU) language   
   for full translation purposes.   
      
   If you look at the list of official EU languages Gaelic and Maltese are on   
   this list.   
      
   I think it highly unlikely that (e.g.) Belgium decide to nominate one of   
   these because its own languages had already been nominated by someone else.   
      
   But I suppose it's possible:-)
