   If it wasn't for dimocrats creating a firearms race between the   
   police and general public, firearms would not even be an issue.   
      
   AMENDMENT II   
      
   A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a   
   free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall   
   not be infringed.   
      
   I don't see a cop clause in there that says cops shall be armed   
   better than those they have sworn to protect and serve.
