   A teenage runaway was lured to a Brooklyn apartment and sexually   
   brutalized with a broomstick in a sick video posted on   
   Instagram, the Daily News has learned.   
      
   The victim, a 16-year-old girl from Connecticut, was sexually   
   assaulted inside a Flushing Ave. apartment in Bedford-   
   Stuyvesant’s Marcy Houses around 1 p.m. Saturday, authorities   
   charge.   
      
   Three suspects have been arrested, including a 17-year-old girl   
   authorities say recorded the horrific video and posted it to   
   Instagram.   
      
   The teen suspect, Dejanae Eillis, became acquainted with the   
   victim over social media a few months ago and recently traveled   
   to Connecticut to meet her in person, police sources said.   
   Together they took a train to Grand Central and made their way   
   to the Marcy Houses.   
      
   On Saturday, alleged ringleader Thomas Ozzborn, a 31-year-old ex-   
   con partially paralyzed in a 2017 Bronx shooting, used a sex toy   
   on the victim, then performed oral sex on her, authorities   
   charge.

   Then Ozzborn and accused accomplice Twinkle Murray, 28, ordered   
   the victim to completely remove her clothes, according to court   
   papers.   
      
   The victim complied and Murray slipped a condom onto a   
   broomstick and held the victim down on a bed while Ozzborn   
   sexually assaulted her with the broomstick, according to court   
   papers.   
      
   Ellis allegedly recorded video of the shocking assault and   
   posted it to Instagram.

   The victim was hospitalized after police responded to the   
   apartment, where neighbors say Ozzborn lived with Murray.   
      
   All three suspects were hit with a slew of charges including sex   
   abuse, forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and   
   weapons possession.   
      
   Ozzborn served two stints in state prison, one for attempted   
   robbery with a parole release in 2009.   
      
   He was paroled in 2017 after his second stint, for weapons and   
   drug convictions — and filed a lawsuit contending he spent an   
   extra year behind bars after a vindictive guard planted a shank   
   in his shoe.   
      
   He plead guilty to avoid a possible additional 15 years in   
   prison, then later had his conviction vacated after a prison   
   guard admitted to planting the weapon. His lawsuit over what   
   happened is still pending.   
      
   In the shocking new case, Ozzborn was ordered held on $150,000   
   bail, and Murray, who has no arrest record, was ordered held on   
   $50,000 after they were arraigned in court Monday. Their lawyers   
   could not be reached for comment.

   “There were cops here for two days straight,” said Maria   
   Santana, 31. “I would’ve never thought that somebody living on   
   this floor could do that.”
