   Texas Border Patrol agents allegedly demeaned a migrant in their   
   custody by forcing him to walk around the detention facility   
   carrying a sign that read “I like men” in Spanish, a report said   
   Thursday.   
      
   An agent at the facility witnessed the scene on March 5 and sent   
   an email to a supervisor at US Customs and Border Patrol, citing   
   several other examples of poor behavior by fellow agents, as   
   well as management’s failure to correct them, CNN reported.   
      
   The agent said he saw a colleague at an El Paso facility force a   
   Honduran migrant to parade in front of fellow detainees on March   
   5 carrying a hand-written note that said “Me gustan los hombres”   
   — which translates to “I like men,” according to the report.   
      
   The whistle-blower confronted the agent — and another who was   
   laughing about the homophobic prank — before taking the note   
   away from the migrant, according to the report.   
      
   In his email, the whistle-blower wrote that he saw a total of   
   seven other agents witness the incident and do nothing to stop   
   it, CNN reported
