   [#4] Illegally reinterpreting Title IX: As I've mentioned   
   before, when Obama unilaterally redefined Title IX to include   
   "gender identity" he grossly abused his power in order to   
   appease a tiny fraction of the population (.58 percent) at the   
   expense of the rights and privacy of women and girls nationwide,   
   and threatening educational institutions at all levels with the   
   loss of Title IX funding if they didn't comply and allow boys to   
   share bathrooms, locker rooms, and dorm rooms with girls, as   
   well as allow boys to play on girls sports teams. This was an   
   egregious abuse of power, according to Mario Loyola, a senior   
   fellow at the Wisconsin Institute for Law. "In order to 'change   
   the law,' the Obama administration simply pretends that a 1972   
   act of Congress means whatever the latest progressive fashion   
   trend requires it to mean — even though not a single member of   
   Congress in 1972 would have supported the new 'interpretation,'   
   much less voted for a law expressly stating what the Obama   
   administration now claims the law says."   
      
   Feds Draft Plan to Discard Obama's Transgender Ideology.   
   President Donald Trump's Justice Department will soon decide if   
   agencies must follow biology when they describe the legal sex of   
   American women and girls, men and boys, according to a document   
   leaked to the New York Times. The policy would protect   
   Americans' civil rights from the transgender ideology which   
   insists that everyone has an FBI-enforced federal right to   
   switch their legal sex — regardless of their biology — when   
   entering sports competitions, K-12 bathrooms, hospitals, gym   
   showers, the military, or single-sex civic society groups. This   
   transgender ideology was promoted in 2016 by former President   
   Barack Obama and is being imposed by many federal and state   
   judges, despite visceral public opposition and scientists'   
   criticism.   
      
   Obama's Social Experiments Are Wreaking Havoc on America Today.   
   [Example #4] Same-sex marriage: A few months after Obama   
   supported same-sex marriage, a homosexual couple approached Jack   
   Phillips, the baker and owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop,   
   requesting he bake them a cake for their same-sex wedding. When   
   he refused, the couple reported him to the Colorado Civil Rights   
   Commission. The Colorado Civil Rights Commission ruled that Jack   
   Phillips had discriminated against the couple on the basis of   
   sexual orientation. This was not true, however. Phillips offered   
   to sell them any other product in his shop, but he would not   
   bake a cake specifically for their wedding, because he considers   
   marriage to be between one man and one woman. The Supreme Court   
   found that the commission had violated Phillips' right to the   
   free exercise of religion by engaging in animus against him.   
   Even so, the commission went after Phillips again — this time   
   for refusing to bake a cake celebrating a gender transition,   
   from a man who (Phillips suspects) also requested Satanist   
   cakes, one with a sex toy. Same-sex marriage was not yet legal   
   in Colorado when the gay couple first approached Phillips, but   
   they may have taken the hint from President Obama that the power   
   of the state would be used to ensure that dissent on LGBT issues   
   would be redefined as "discrimination." Indeed, Phillips is far   
   from alone, and religious freedom battles are ramping up, two   
   years after Obama left office.   
      
   Obama's third term: 13 times courts said Trump must continue   
   Obama's lawless policies.   
   [#8] Transgenders in the military: From the time of George   
   Washington until the last year of Obama's presidency, men who   
   castrated themselves or imagined that they were women did not   
   serve in the military. Obama changed that in 2016 without   
   approval from Congress. Yet several judges in D.C., Baltimore,   
   and Seattle mandated that Trump admit them into the military and   
   continue a policy that never existed before 2016. Judge Marvin   
   Garbis of Baltimore, a Bush appointee, even ruled that the
