   CINCINNATI — A Cincinnati man has been indicted with raping his   
   daughter after genetic testing confirmed that a close relative   
   fathered her two children, prosecutors said..   
      
   The victim, who has two children ages 2 and 7, was raped multiple   
   times from ages 10 to 25, according to court documents.   
      
   The father, who is in his early 50s, was indicted Friday on 43   
   felonies — including 23 counts of rape, 17 counts of sexual battery   
   and two counts of endangering children. He had been arrested Feb.   
   20.   
      
   His wife was arrested Friday after she was indicted on two felony   
   counts of complicity to sexual battery. They both are being held at   
   Hamilton County Justice Center.   
      
   Because The Enquirer and USA TODAY do not name potential victims of   
   sexual assault without their consent, the sites are not identifying   
   the couple to protect the identity of their daughter.   
      
   The suspect began sexually assaulting the victim several times a   
   month when she was 10, then when the victim turned 13, sexual   
   intercourse began, police said. She told police her father raped her   
   two to three times a month until she left home at age 25.   
      
   Police began their investigation after another investigation was   
   launched into the well-being of the victim's children.   
      
   The man is scheduled to be arraigned this coming Friday in Hamilton   
   County Common Pleas Court. It is unclear when his wife will be   
   arraigned.
