   Description	Democrat Roosevelt Dwayne Dobbins of North Little   
   Rock cut a deal with prosecutors and won't face any jail time for   
   sexual assault. The victim was 17 when it happened and considered   
   Dobbins a mentor.   
      
   “That's classic. And they're second cousins too,” says Pulaski   
   County Prosecuting Attorney Larry Jegley.   
      
   The victim's attorney says being cousins is just one of the reasons   
   she wants it to all go away, and quickly. Another is Dobbins   
   position as Representative of the 39th District.
