Democrats forced semiconductor manufacturing to China because it involves
a lot of nasty elements and chemicals plus pollutes the environment.

Did you read the draft? Until you do, don't bitch at McConnell.

Reconciliation is inappropriate for the "Innovation and Competition Act."
Democrats never look down the road farther than the end of their noses.

"The United States Innovation and Competition Act of 2021 (USICA) (S.
1260), formerly known as the Endless Frontier Act, is United States
legislation sponsored by Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Todd Young (R-
IN) authorizing $110 billion for basic and advanced technology research
over a five-year period. Investment in basic and advanced research,
commercialization, and education and training programs in artificial
intelligence, semiconductors, quantum computing, advanced communications,
biotechnology and advanced energy, amounts to $100 billion. "

I don't see any prescription drug price reductions there.

Let's be clear. It's because of apathetic "Americans" that we are in this
mess to begin with. It started with the Clintons and Willy's debt pile
shuffle to make it appear as though he had balanced the budget when he had
not. He stuck Bush with $4 trillion dollars in war debt. Then came that
   disaster Obama.

8 years of Obama and Biden cost the dumb fucks who voted for him 8 years
of 401k / retirement profits. 8 years, people. Now Joe Biden is in the
driver's seat costing the US trillions of dollars in earning because of
   his anbd Yellen's fiscal mismanagement.
