   I just don't feel right about the idea that we are all supposed to be held   
   responsible for everything all the time.  I find that is an argument that   
   largely gets used to blame individuals for things that are beyond them.   
   While you can make a case that some set of attitudes are equivalent to   
   certain other attitudes held by Bush it is not true that I am responsible   
   for the invasion of Iraq although there are those who like to argue that

   I mean is NZ still sufficiently egalitarian that the PM has to do his or her
