   Of course this speech was not published in German corporate and state   
   media. Because they promot the story that it was "communism" that did   
   "breakdown".   
      
   In reality it was the fault and inability of the people to control their   
   government.... may be to have such a government or poor democracy.   
      
      
   The soviet bureaucracy did not live bad, but they never could really   
   make big money (e.g. 8 bil $ in ten years,as this guy sitting in prison   
   now) and had to work - they just wanted to have power and wealth without   
   committent for the people.
