   I think its not good to hide the following information below the subject

   my answer to this was:   
      
   They did not loose they won ! Have you never heard what the leader of   
   the "communists", Gorbatshev said?   
      
   He said: The aim of my live was smashing communism"  This he said in a   
   speech in Ankara, Turkey 8th Sept.2000 (details below)   
      
      
   Of course this speech was not published in German corporate and state   
   media. Because they promote everywhere and anytime the story that it was   
   "communism that did breakdown".   
      
   In reality it was the fault and/or inability of the people to control   
   their government....   
      
   The soviet bureaucracy did not live bad, but they never could really   
   make big money *) and had to work - they just wanted to have power and   
   wealth without committent for the people.   
      
   *) e.g. 8 bil US$ in ten years, as this guy sitting in prison now - but   
   only because he wanted to overtake government
