   We have laws about it in this society.   
   It's called " refusing to help somebody in a emergency situation ".   
   If the person is very sick and would greatly suffer or die without your   
   antibiotics and there is no other source nearby for him to get   
   antibiotics you would held accountable for his death or suffering.
