   And there you go..... now, according to you, capitalism wasn't proper   
   capitalism prior to the 20C.... it seems that your 'capitalism' required   
   vast technological means to work.... now, just how did the one vaunted   
   example of your 'capitalism' ever manage in medieval Iceland?....weasel
