Under the current system, capitalism, that is nearly true, but the
percentage is probably closer to 60%. A lot of people like their work, and
some workers invest so much time and effort in their work, like doctors who
basically have to study all their lives that you must realize that they
have other reasons for working than just making money.

If you want to become rich you need only a few years of basic schooling and
then you can start selling hot dogs, advance to having a pizzeria, and so
on, making more and more money. For that you only need to learn addition
   and multiplication.

To become a doctor you need 12 years of basic schooling, 5 years of
university studies, years of practice vunder supervision and even more
studies. And then you need to continue to study hard and work many hours
every week for the next 50 years. And you get a wage a lot lower than any
bar owner who has no education at all.

On the other hand, if we consider my system, where half of the workforce,
those who handled money and value papers, bank workers, makers of cashier's
machines and ATM machines, bookmakers, are now jobless.

Where everybody are free to continue doing what they did before, or get a
totally different job, or sleep and watch tv all the time, or party and get
   drunk etc..

For how long does it feel meaningful to sleep and watch tv?

In such a system people will not feel repressed, they have nothing to worry
about, because they will all have a fair (equal) share of the private
property, they get all consumption goods like food and clothes for free at
the supermarket. When people are satisfied and free they become positive
and creative. Some of them will play instruments, others will build roads
   and bridges, etc..

   > jobs? Conscript?

We only need a small part of the possible workforce to produce useful
stuff. It will still be more effective than the capitalist system where
enormous resources are wasted in the administration, the money system, and
things are produced only for profit, and the media channels are full of
   irritating commercials, etc..

We have produced too much food for generations, and we are still
desperately trying to reduce the production of food.
We burn grains like wheat and barley in electricity power plants and to
heat up houses, because grain is cheaper than wood pellets, which is a lot
cheaper than diesel oil or electricity for heating houses.

This means that we surely will not risk starving, and the rest is up to the
people, we will produce only what the people want to produce.

And think about all violence because of money we would get rid of.
