       Freddy what proof do we have but for Hugo's whining and your bullshit   
   here? The FACT is that he LOST the vote and refuses to accept it and rules   
   by decree anyway. As DICTATORS always do. Any people eventually tires of   
   false promises and lies.  There is no PROOF that the CIS spent a penny much   
   less millions of dollars. Just because a dictator whines and makes wild   
   claims doesn't make them true no matter how badly a Canadian Marxist needs
