   Anarchism cannot exist as a static condition. Humans are competitive,   
   territorial animals.   
      
   Historically, anarchism is a state of mind which occasions the   
   transition of one form of government to another usually by violent   
   means.  The Bolshevik Revolution comes to mind as a recent example.
