Atheism has been irrelevant for most of human history,
then in the 20th century it produced a few totalitarian
shithole regimes and then went back to being irrelevant.

On June 25, 1950 atheist North Korea invaded the South.
Under the aegis of the United Nations, nations allied
with the United States intervened on behalf of South Korea.
The Chinese PLA, backing their North Korean atheist allies
vastly outnumbered the South Koreans and their allies in

to be defeated by lesser, better trained, better armed ones!
Korea, Israel in the six Day war, and pretty much every other one.

Persian Army of Darius, probably 200,000 at Issus. (Estimates for the
Persians range up to 1 million, but are probably exaggerated, probably
