   Really.   
   I don't understand what all the fear is about. You try it one way, make   
   changes, work on it, pretty soon you've something that works for you.   
   Hey, like they keep saying, the US has the best health care in the world.   
   Just get that insurance thing worked out and everything will be tickety-boo.
