   Opinions are not a question of health.   
   If I'm able to write into this forum, than obviously I'm healthy enough   
   to do so.   
      
   The content (that you seemingly complain about) is not a medical   
   question, but of a political discussion.   
      
   The criminals in office in Stalins Russia once used medicine to subdue   
   opposing minds and put them into metal hospitals. But the communists   
   were criminal scum, especially the Stalinist type of the NKWD.   
      
   These days are over now and we could discuss political questions in a   
   more appropriate way. So: If you don't like my sarcastic comment on the   
   DHS or the 'homeland security act, than say so (or write).
