   1717: The Premier Grand Lodge of England is founded in London.   
   1818: Congress of Aix-la-Chapelle, after Napoleonic Wars.   
   1919: Treaty of Versailles ends World War 1, 7 months after the armistice.   
   2020: ¿World Dictatorship after World War 3?.   
      
   Taking in account the previous two, a suitable World War 3, in order to   
   shape the world, should last al least four or fiver years, and if it must   
   end in 2020 or before, it should start in this, Barack Obama's 2nd term.   
   But I believe that is also planned to put the USA out of WW3 through a   
   coup d'état involving the assassination of Obama, and a Second Civil War   
   after that.   
   And I also believe, like David Icke, that the shootings by "alone nuts",   
   such as those at Batman Premiere in Aurora, Colorado, and Sandy Hook   
   Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, are also planned in order to   
   boost the sale of firerarms under the menace of passing laws against them,   
   in order to arm the population enough to allow a 2nd Civil War.
