   A) There's no such thing as "Second Amendment rights".  There are   
   Amendment II /protections/, and there are fundamental rights that exist   
   independent of the law, government, constitutional, and any amendment.   
      
   B) Treaties are made UNDER the authority of the United States, not over.   
     This quite simply means that a treaty can not abridge the Constitution   
   or any protection afforded by the Amendments.
