[Imperial] India seizes armed 'anti-piracy' ship owned by U.S. [World Tyrant]
   security firm

   CHENNAI, India | Sun Oct 13, 2013 10:26am EDT | Reuters

[Imperial] India has detained an armed ship operated by a U.S. [World Tyrant]
maritime security company and the 35 people on board for failing to produce
papers authorizing it to carry weapons and ammunition in [Imperial] Indian
   waters, the [Imperial
Indian] coast guard said on Sunday.

Coast Guard Commandant Anand Kumar said the ["Seaman Guard of Ohio"] ship was
stopped on Friday and was being held in the southern port of Tuticorin along
with its 10 crew and 25 armed security guards until required documentation is
   submitted.

The crew and security guards included British, Estonian, Indian and Ukrainian
   nationals, Kumar said.

   The Sierra Leone-flagged ship...[supposedly] belongs to Virginia-based
AdvanFort, a maritime security firm that [supposedly] specializes in
   anti-piracy operations.

"At the moment the documents are still awaited," Kumar told Reuters. "We have
to see how valid are the documents that they do produce towards their entry
into [Imperial] Indian waters and [their] carrying arms and ammunitions."

FARC guerrillas bomb railway of top Colombia coal miner Cerrejon

   BOGOTA | Sun Oct 13, 2013 2:45pm EDT | Reuters

[Puppet] Colombia's biggest coal producer, Cerrejon, said a bomb attack on its
railway on Sunday partially derailed a train carrying coal to port and damaged
the track, but [also said] exports would continue as normal using stocksheld
   at its *privately-
   owned* port.

The early-morning attack, which a [puppet Columbian] military source told
Reuters was carried out by the country's main rebel group, the FARC, was the
latest in a spate of explosions in the last week blamed on the guerrillas and
   targeting oil and gas
   pipelines.

The railway owned and used exclusively by Cerrejon, carried 32.7 million
metric tons of coal from its mine in La Guajira province to its port, Puerto
Bolivar in 2012, the company said. Cerrejon is a joint venture between Anglo
   American, BHP Billiton and
   Xstrata.

The explosion was a further setback to the company this year and to [puppet]
Colombia's coal sector as a whole after a month-long strike by Cerrejon
workers in February followed by a seven week stoppage at Colombia's No. 2
   miner, Drummond.

Extremists take advantage of developments in Moscow’s south - police chief

MOSCOW, October 13 (Itar-Tass) - All Moscow police were placed on alert amid
unrest in the Biryulyovo district in southern Moscow, in which 200 people were
detained, Moscow police chief Anatoly Yakunin said at an emergency session
   late on Sunday.

He was referring to the developments in Biryulyovo Zapadnoye in connection
with the death of a 25-year-old man, stabbed in the heart with a knife late on
Thursday. Local residents, who blame the murder on migrant workers, got
together at the site of his
death on Sunday demanding punishment for the murderer.

"On Sunday, extremist minded people decided to take advantage of the
situation. They got together at the site where Yegor Shcherbakov had been
murdered, about 400 people, many of them intoxicated. Those were young
   people, and unfortunately there were
   women among them," Yakunin said.

According to him, a group of extremist were stirring up the crowd, and "people
found themselves on the verge of breaking the law, while the situation verged
   on mass disorders".

They began "overturning cars, threw a flare into some office, tried to storm a
   local vegetable warehouse," Yakunin said.

He said the police leadership had to use to riot police squads.

The police chief said about 200 people had been detained, including *active*
participants in the developments responsible for escalating the situation.

He said a special plan was in place for the [whole] city, and police patrols
had been beefed up in other districts of the capital.

[ POSSIBILY the *active* participants in the developments responsible for
escalating the situation are World Tyrant agents. ]
