   Wall Street and the City of London, the two world financial centers so beloved   
   and misrepresented by free market economists as financiers of investment and   
   economic growth, are in fact legal, government supported, Mafia gangs that   
   loot.  Their profits    
   come from looting.    
      
   We are seeing them at work in Greece, where the sanctity of financial profits   
   requires public assets to be sold at bargain basement prices to private   
   interests.  The deal requires protected islands of the national heritage be   
   turned over to real estate    
   developers, and public assets such as water companies, ports, and the state   
   lottery be sold at lucrative prices to private interests consisting of the   
   private banks and their clients.    
      
   In Italy government indebtedness is forcing the sale to private investors of   
   historic castles and villas and the Island of San Giacomo in one of Venice’s   
   lagoons.  These national treasures will be turned into hotels, restaurants,   
   and resorts for the    
   one percent.    
      
   In America prisons are privatized despite the incentive this gives to produce   
   inmates.    
   
Public schools are being privatized in the form of "charter schools."    
   Charter schools are a scheme to eliminate public sector teachers unions, and   
   to convert their pay into private profits by bringing in contract hires to   
   teach for a few years before    
   they are replaced by a new group of contract hires.    
      
   Western civilization, to the extent than any civilization remains, is   
   confronted with a total collapse of economic and government morality.  Looting   
   and exploitation rule, and the presstitute media does its best to hide the   
   fact.    
      
   In addition to Wall Street’s mechanisms for looting, America contributes   
   technology for putting the entire world under constant surveillance,   
   exploiting the information for economic benefit and for silencing dissenters.

   The brutal conduct of [puppet] Kabul admin[istration] with the oppressed   
   prisoners !

   The [puppet] Kabul administration is not only supporting the invaders [The   
   World Tyrant/NATO] and has sacrificed the national assets of the country and   
   the historical prestige of the people for the malicious interests of the   
   foreign lords [The World    
   Tyrant/NATO],    
      
   rather they have ideological and dogmatic enmity with the Afghan masses, not   
   only because they are doing Jihad and supporting Mujahidin but [because] they   
   (the officials) deal with *every* Afghan inhumanly, immorally and in an   
   non-Islamic way only    
   because they are Afghans.    
      
      
   The prisoners, who are a helpless part of the human society, have special   
   rules and regulations of conduct in Islam as well as in international laws and   
   they should be dealt in according to those rules. Though, on the international   
   level, some attention    
   is paid to the conduct [of The World Tyrant] with war prisoners    
      
   but the invaders and the [puppet] Kabul admin have *no* commitment to these   
   human values and human rights.    
      
      
   The brutal American [World Tyrant] administration, which is blowing the pipes   
   of being the leaders of human justice and equality, has proved in the last   
   twelve years that neither their dealing is humane nor [do] they realize   
   anything by the name of    
   justice and equality.    
      
      
   They have kept, for the last twelve years, the oppressed human beings in the   
   notorious jail of Guantanamo without observing any revealed or human made law.    
      
      
   Though *they understand* that they are committing an unparalleled savagery and   
   brutality but due to their conceit, tyranny and arrogance, they are not ready   
   to choose the right path.    
      
      
   They are only making false promises, to deceive the world community that they   
   are closing the Guantanamo jail very soon but they have not taken any   
   practical step in this regard due to their *tyranny and barbarism*.    
      
      
   The *same* conduct is adopted by the [puppet] Kabul administration with Afghan   
   masses which is done by the invaders with the oppressed prisoners.  This   
   mercenary admin has imprisoned a lot of oppressed Afghans in several provinces   
   of the country and deal    
   with them inhumanly against all the accepted human values.    
      
      
   The prisoners are not only facing, on the daily basis, the problems of food,   
   drink, place and attendant but hundreds of prisoners are still kept in several   
   jails as their cases are pending due to the corruption, bribery, deception,   
   personal enmities and    
   arrogance.    
      
      
   In the case of some of the prisoners, even their jail periods have elapsed but   
   they are remaining inside the jails for years on end.  This is the reason that   
   prisoners go on strike in various jails of the country.  Approximately two   
   weeks ago, nearly    
   1700 prisoners went on hunger strike inside the jail of Herat province due the   
   inhuman conduct of [puppet] government officials.  Later on, the masses also   
   poured out to the streets and roads to support their legitimate demands and   
   strongly condemned    
   this inhuman and non-Islamic conduct of the [puppet] Kabul administration.    
      
      
   Recently, a person from 'Pul-i-Charkhi' jail told the media on telephone that   
   his son and brother are imprisoned for the last four years and they have not   
   been brought to the second court and now they have sealed their mouths.  He   
   added that if their    
   voice is not heard, they will go on hunger strike till the death.  This is   
   just one example [of] otherwise hundreds of these kinds of oppressed prisoners   
   [that] are deprived of every kind of human and Islamic conduct under the   
   shadow of western [World    
   Tyrant/NATO] democracy.    
      
      
   It is regretful and a great blow for those societies and organs which are   
   blowing the pipes of human rights but are silent in this regard.  They have   
   neither the courage of condemning these incidents nor can they publish the   
   realities.    
      
      
   The Islamic Emirate calls upon all the concerned societies and organs working   
   for human rights to perform their duty and thus discharge their    
   esponsibility, just for the sake of human sympathy, in providing, at least,   
   the basic human rights to the    
   oppressed prisoners.
