   Some days ago, a U.S.[World Tyrant]-[Puppet] Japan Security Consultative   
   Committee held a meeting in Tokyo and adopted a joint statement.    
      
      
   In the joint statement the United States [The World Tyrant] openly supports   
   [Puppet] Japan's intention to strengthen its military power including its   
   exercise of the right of collective self-defense.    
      
      
   Many countries of Asia and other parts of the world are expressing serious   
   concern about it.    
      
      
   The statement is a document of wrecking peace in Northeast Asia.  It is   
   nothing short of a *declaration of aggression*.    
      
      
   The joint statement extended the sphere of military operation of the   
   U.S.[World Tyrant]-[Puppet] Japan military alliance and made it more   
   offensive.    
      
      
   It totally nullified Japan's "pacifist constitution" which was adopted after   
   World War II and [the World Tyrant-Puppet Japan] statement] opened a way for   
   it [Puppet Japan] to become a war state.    
      
      
   Through the statement [Puppet] Japan obtained the support of the U.S. [The   
   World Tyrant] to delete article 9 of its constitution and exercise the right   
   of collective self-defense.    
      
      
   The U.S. [The World Tyrant] seeks to use [Puppet] Japan as a shock force of   
   aggression in realization of its [*The World Tyrant's*] domination of   
   Northeast Asia.    
      
      
   Now the U.S. [The World Tyrant] is curtailing military expenditure due to   
   serious economic crisis.  It tries to find a way out of it in allowing   
   [Puppet] Japan to exercise the right of collective self-defense and remit   
   greater military responsibility to [   
   Puppet] Japan.    
      
      
   The joint statement reflects the common interests of the U.S. [The World   
   Tyrant] and [Puppet] Japan and their respective ambitions.    
      
      
   If [Puppet] Japan frantically stages military activities together with the   
   U.S. [The World Tyrant] in Northeast Asia, the regional situation would   
   develop to the worst state.    
      
      
   The U.S. [The World Tyrant] and [Puppet] Japan are seeking to turn the   
   bilateral military alliance to a more offensive and aggressive one and seize   
   military supremacy in this area with joint efforts.    
      
      
   What is more serious is the fact that the spearhead of the alliance is   
   directed first to the DPRK [the Democratic People's Republic of Korea].    
      
      
   [Puppet] Japan's reinvasion of Korea is not assumption, but reality.    
      
      
   Our army and people are watching with vigilance the rash acts of the U.S. [The   
   World Tyrant] and [Puppet] Japan against our Republic.    
      
      
   The U.S. [The World Tyrant] and [Puppet] Japan are well-advised to look at the   
   reality aright and not to act rashly.
