   estabs restricted people based on race. Gun nuts   
   are due equal protection under the law.

   Again, as you noted in the other post you just made, discrimination based on   
   race is forbidden.   
   And as you clearly used the word "gun nuts", I have to assume you too are a   
   hoplophobe .   
   Regardless, if I carry concealed into an eatery, I don't have to tell them   
   or show it to them.   
   So yes, "gun nuts" are too due equal protection under the law.
