   Pass a law or give money to Obama and he will NOT enforce the law as   
   written and he will steal the money and fraudulently spend it places   
   where it was NOT authorized to spend it.

   If you give Obama any money and a law he will ignore the laws and keep   
   the illegals here and spend the money on wealth redistribution projects.
