   If fractional reserve banking failed as it did and banks had to be   
   bailed out at 200 a year for Obama's 5 years....   
      
   Why would the same ObamaRegime believe that ObamaCare "which is   
   fractional slavery" would NOT also fail and need to be bailed out in the
