   What unequal treatment, to marry it requires a man and a woman.   
   That's NOT discriminating against anyone.  That is GENDER and gay is NOT   
   a gender. Marriage actually has no reference to gay.   
      
   If two Homosexual men want to marry it's just as legal as when two   
   heterosexual men who want to marry.   
      
   Just because someone is heterosexual doesn't mean they couldn't want to   
   marry a man, they may still have sex with women.... Which means a   
   homosexual can do the the same and they may want to marry a woman and   
   still have sex with men.   
      
   Any way you look at it the sexual preference is NOT the same as a right   
   to marry.   
      
   And how can gays limit the number of hetero or homo sexual people in a   
   marriage if it's violating the rights of the polygamists? So at the same   
   time they are saying that Polygamy is also legal by precedence.
