   BTW, when I said "for the purposes of procreation" I did not mean that   
   you needed to be married to fuck.  I meant that you should be married in   
   the eyes of others if you produce progeny.

   That's why I said I disagreed.   The only thing we wanted to "produce" was a   
   profit! :) Nothing religious about it.   
   That's why we have our wills made out.   
   Being married just "looks" better on paper in case one of us dies first   
   and the vultures start to swoop! :)   
      
   Butt hay, the century is young. We've only been married for 20 years.   
      
   But now that I re-read what you said..."I meant that you should be married   
   in the eyes of others.. " (disregarding the producing progeny thang)  you   
   MIGHT have a claim there!   
   After all, getting married sure DID make her and my parents, friends, and   
   relatives VERY HAPPY to see a commitment between us,  that was built on our   
   mutual  love and understanding of each other.   
   While it works for us just swimmingly, we MIGHT have subconsciously done it   
   for THEM, or us!
