   That will come as news to every polygamist out there.  Take for example   
   a jurisdiction where polygamy is lawful, and a man marries one wife,   
   them marries another wife, which makes him a polygamist.  Each woman has   
   made a vow to take the man as her husband.  Neither woman has made a vow   
   to take the other woman as her wife.  While sex between the man and each   
   woman (one at a time, not both at once in the same bed), sex between the   
   two women is not part of the deal.  Now, suppose one of the women wants   
   out.  She divorces the husband.  She doesn't have to divorce the other   
   wife.  So just what did the two women do that makes one woman the other
