    Sending boots to Liberia to fight against Ebola and   
   anyone in Africa that decides to strap a bomb on an Ebola infected   
   person ( *BE THEY DEAD OR ALIVE* ) and and send them into where our   
   Military people are.   
      
   That becomes a *WMD BIO-WEAPON* that will infect all the people in the   
   radius of the Bomb blast with Ebola.  Then all the Medical staff that   
   treats them that doesn't know it was someone with Ebola that exploded.   
   Plus create a contaminated zone that has to be abandoned and then   
   cleaned up or the average people living daily in that will also show up   
   with Ebola.   
      
   Those Boots are on the ground aren't they ?   
      
      
   *MY GUESS* is that ISIS is activating local terrorist cells and are   
   flying in new jihadists to do the job.
