   if the protocols weren't violated in Texas, how is it one patient with   
   ebola is sent away after notifying staff that he had just come from   
   Africa and how did the nurse get ebola? That hasn't happened in any of   
   the other American hospitals treating ebola patients. is Texas just so   
   special that those two incidents only happened there?
