   did the CDC or the Feds fly that man into the United States? did that   
   man go to a hospital in Texas and tell them he had a fever and had just   
   come from Africa? Did that hospital send him home with antibiotics?   
   seems to me it doesn't matter how the man got here, but what didn't   
   happen in Texas after he got here
